Once again, my family thanks all of you for your kinds words.

I feel for you L.D.S., I lost my father figure recently and even now its hard for me to cope with.
That's so sad, Mars. I lost my mentor earlier this year and now my dad has gone on to the other side, so I will be contacting my other mentor whom I love dearly and will stay in touch with him.

Life is precious. Dad didn't die of any disease or ailment; he just went.

Putting it into perspective, it could happen to anyone.

Sorry for your loss. It is hard to stay positive during an event such as this but try to think about all the good things. When I experienced this in my life I found myself looking back at what I could have done differently and it really fucked me up. After a while I got to where I would only think about the good memories and quit being so hard on myself second guessing what I could have done. Stay strong breh

Rest In Peace.
was your father a believer as well?
Yes. He followed The Bible as best he could.

He rarely used profanity and certain things he didn't eat because he believed what God said about red meat and bottom feedings animals, but couldn't help but occasionally love a steak and shrimp.

He was morally strong, as well.

I realize now he was a father figure to many people.
