The artist is Sweet P outta San Antonio he had two cd releases Deep In The Game and Deep In the Game II they dropped around 2000. The tape I believe dropped around '98-99. I don't remember the name of the tape but I think it was called "U cant slang here" the cover had just him sittin on a corner. If anybody gots it holla at me.
