^^^i thought about it like this-from where T.I. is sitting, he couldnt be in the front of the car, right? cuz u can barely make out a back window and that would just be retarded if they put him in the front. so obviously hes in the back, where u can see the back seat is facing him. also, where the fuck are the cuffs?

Wait, but if you look closely, I think he's actually sitting the right way, it's just his torso is leaning to the side, towards the window. The building in the reflection of the glass is what makes it look like he's sitting in the wrong direction. Look at the reflection in the glass...
