Little Bro. had some hits on "The Minstrel Show" but they can't be compaired to SV in any way....And I'm talkin about the orignal SV, not these two lame cats doin' Chevy commercials...

with your "couple hits on minstrel show" comment i can tell you havent listened to little brother very long or even at all.

as much as 9th is one of my favorite producers,i think they are better off without him. think they are capable of so much more outside of the somewhat boring 9th wonder production. even within justus league and extending crew there is enough production talent to carry an entire LB album. people like khrysis, nicolay, median, oddisee, kev brown, etc. all these producers fit perfectly into the LB style

I'm glad there are people who admit 9th beats are boring...

I've posted my opinion many times: I want to hear a group with LB's or even better, Immortal Technique's content over some hard southern beats

such a group would have a chance to get their message heard IMO

Well, I've always liked their collabos with other producers, most notably, the one with Nottz...dude has heat...and their sounds mesh well. I got sick of hearing the same old chopped up soul vocal sample, sound of 9th. I thought it was dope on The Listening, but the novelty wore off, and I grew tired of the same sounding beats.

It will also be a good look for 9th, who's already branched out and done work on commercial projects...I wouldn't mind hearing a few 9th beats on an LB album, but they definitely needed the variety IMO.

you do realize that one of those "two lame cats" was part of the original SV right?
