Now, I had this discussion with his cousin and brother down here at school, and they tried to tell me that Rich runs K.C... (music wise) They tell me that more black people buy Rich the Factor than blacks buy Tech's CD. Now we all know through a previous discussin that out of all categories of music, white people buy more regardless of what it is....

I will post a previous post that I put up here a while ago that I thought out of the people in KC, who buys Rich's music...

Ha, ha.... This is between them two, plus the rap side of things!!!!!!! I can never prove these idiots here anything. They all roll together and ride each others nuts, and when I tell them this or that about album sales or who sells what to who, or how Rich aint really selling or making more than Tech cause he aint doing shows, they still say bitch shit. Like well he worships the devil or white people only buy his shit or something ignorant and never produces facts. I tell em' that clear people buys Rich's shit, that means no one buys that shit. I know him and dont even buy his shit. It's all the same recycled bull from 12 years back.

I sifted and sifted through the posts and didn't find anything about what I posted. Maybe Nick remembers when I posted about the little ghetto cats that only buy his shit. It was a little funny story...

Bottom line Tech is the biggest artist in KC.

But Puddle of Mudd isn't a KC band. The KC Puddle of Mudd broke up a long time ago. Wes is the only member of the current Puddle of Mudd from the KC band. He gave a demo to Fred Durst, and then Fred recruited the people to fill the rest of the band.

Oh....little side note about Puddle of Mudd.....some of the original members were big Tech fans. And they were trying to get on MidwestSide as a Rock group when Tech was still down. But ofcourse......Dyamund Shields fucked it up. Now look at what he's got....Macc James and Joker......oh and Bishop....lets not forget him.

I gotta say Tech here....for the simple fact that Rich OWNS the smaller parts of KC. Tech owns the suburbs and the highly populated areas. Plus.....can you see Rich The Factor going over capacity for a show at The Uptown? I can't. Doesn't Rich have a signing at 7th Heaven this weekend? or was that last weekend?

Either way......i bet he doesn't draw near as many people as Tech did. And Tech has a large fan base......you have an instore in the ghetto....at night.....and still have all these white fans come out! (you know us white people are scared to go into the ghetto after like 7PM).

All this talk about Rich selling hella units is suspect. I respect his hustle and I like some of his music, but I heard he charges stores $10.99 a unit. If you get $11 a unit.....and sell the numbers that some people say he pushes.....huh.....dude should be a millionare. And who knows.....maybe he is...but i'm just not buying it.

Tech and Rich are by far the top 2 sellers for local artists in KC.....but i think Tech has the edge on him.....he's the real KC King.
