I've been wanting to compile this list......

What are some songs or artists that you can tell Tech has drawn inspiration from on some of his songs.....I'll start with my list.


Be Warned (Exorcist)
Walk These Shoes (Suzanne Vega "Toms Dinner")
Shocked (Peter Gabriel "Shock The Monkey")
Psycho Bitch (Halloween)
Celcius (Cory Heart "Sunglasses At Night", "Puttin On The Ritz")
I'm A Playa (Falco "Rock Me Amadeus")
Freaks (Prince "Darling Nikki")

Thats just off the top....can anyone think of any more?

metallica 's got the same kinda chant-like melody on the Justice For All album. can't remember which song tho "frayed ends of sanity" some shit like that man.

...and right now... im thinkin bout Big Bad Wolf and I can't remember the name or who sang the song that he alludes to at the beginning ("...try to run away...") {oh yeah... "The power of Christ compels you!" also from this song ... "The Exorcist"}

Oh yeah... a little off topic, but when he is referin to "If you repeat the words Be Warned 3 times..." is he alludin to the movie Candyman... where if you say his name three times while lookin in the mirror he will appear and kill ya or somethin...?

ah... hadn't seen the movie in a long long while... ok... so then thats what he is alludin to in Sinister Tech...jeah thats the ticket..."Say my name 5 times... Tech Tech Tech Tech N9ne! I will appear in your mirror and tear out your spine..."

I was at work and heard something on the radio, but didn't pay it any attention to it until I though about it.

there are TON of little takes on the song Absolute Power

" i do hip hop...and i mix it with the hard rock" <--- (what's this from?)

and i my old Do You Want More album by The Roots and played the song Proceed (anyone remember that video from like '95?). i that the beginning Tech used for Yada Yada Yada ...
