Clearwater, Florida -- Hulk Hogan's wife claims he is stalking her and is asking a judge to order him to stay away from her home and beach house.
The motion comes in a request to amend an earlier stipulation in their divorce case. A hearing on her motion is scheduled for next Tuesday.
In papers filed Monday in Pinellas Circuit Court, Linda Bollea claims her husband is "intentionally 'pushing the boundaries'" of an earlier order to stay away from their home and beach house and has antagonized her by parking on the border of the property and following her and her guests.
She wants the court to amend the earlier order to prohibit Hulk "from harassing, following, threatening or stalking with Wife, entering the curtilage or outdoor premises of the marital and beach homes."
