I know this question is off the subject; does southern cali have any mexicans that are bloods or nortes. Im from the bay and thats all I see. When I moved to southern cali (SD) all I seen were serenos. I wasn't used to that at all period..!!!!

The only mexican rappers im into are: Jay Tee Baby Beesh Mr Kee, Don Cisco, Frost (sometimes, but he is a legend) Mr Shawdow, SPM (sometimes) and LS of B (back in the day).
All them other cats I always see and hear about I never really gave them a real chance. But they seem like they've put in work.

I think they are referring more to the idea of more Surenos being full Chicano or Mexican and speaking Spanish and not talking AS much with the ghetto slang. "Latin" doesn't automatically mean Chicano or Mexicano as you know. Clothes aren't really the issue, though dressing cholo versus wearing a skully and sean john would also come off a tad bit more Mexicano if you ask me. But then they have a rapper like Capone-E and he happens to be arab so that throws it off IMO. Ha.
