yea I found out today from Kaze... I just got off the phone with Sho-Down from Rock It Productions and he didn't sell adversity shit, so if he plans on droppin' that on his album, and I've been told that he is, he should remove it.

Thanks for all the support JSteez and Devilish, Mo-X and Lil' G got major talent everyone cop that their album Angry Souls when it drops. The beat was done by Sho Down for Rock It Productions but D-Sane produced the track. It is a tight beat definitely just got to get everything figured out.

i'll tell you how it happened as far as getting the actual beat... producers put beats up on the net for sale because it's easy as hell for a person to hear them and they don't have to mail out a million beat CD's... well the problem with that is that anybody can download the beat regardless of if there is a download link or not. streaming is nothing more than downloading the data at a specified rate... IE: 128k/bit file = 128 KILO bits per second or since a byte is bigger by a factor of eight... 16KB/sec... so basically it's just downloading the data at a certain rate instead of what the MAX download rate is... that's all streaming is folks.

so if you wanna stop fools from gettin' at beats, you gotta put something over it so they don't use it... like a voice sample... I know Rock It Productions has just started doing this with all their new beats and D-Sane is putting up snippets... all I hope with D-Sane is that he puts a voice over the snippets.. because cats are shady enough to loop a snippet. all it takes is 4 measures of the main beat, and 4 measures of the chorus and you can reproduce the whole thing...

but anyayws, yeah I got a contract in hand and have talked with Sho-Down on the phone and he didn't sell Adversity shit.
