Damn homie.....The Cali judicial system is a cold piece of work. They strike niggas out for jaywalking, the public defenders pretend to defend you, then once you get out you cant get a job especially now that the country is in a recession. Its 750,000 people in America that had jobs in 2007 that are unemployed as of today and if you throw in a criminal record on top of that its a wrap. But somehow they still EXPECT you to pay all your fines and restitiutions on time. It's a joke!
