Lil Romeo wasnt in Lil Soldiers, Lil soldiers were 2 lil kids that won on Amateur Night at the Apollo that P signed. He signed their dad too. if im not mistaken it was Krazy, but im not 100% sure about that

they were Short Circuits sons.
