i think it was more of an idea that sounded good when woodie first started gettn eccr off the ground...than he probably realized how much work it takes to create a whole album and decided against it..or maybe he was just slowly compiling songs when he had time but when woodie died said fuck it..im just speculating of course...but im pretty sure he spoke on it a bit and said it aint happening
