Lil help...?

I got a couple questions about two things I've been working with if anyone could help me out

I want to get rid of the reflection in his glasses and put in my own of a skyline..watd be the best way at going about that

How could I darken and bring out the tattoo on his arm and make it look real and natural

well im guessin for the glasses u paint the lens wit one color....then u put what u want the reflection to be and change the opacity down
