How are you gonna get those other charges dropped, 5 yrs. probation and not spend a minute in jail for gun possesion? I can understand him getting a subpoena and having to show up instead of going to jail because no one likes jail but damn I just cant figure out the rest.

i didnt say that.....but lil cease is from a group called Junior MAFIA and acts like a gangsta in music.....i could see if it was will smith....or someone who dont act gangsta....

besides you do have the right to remain silent....the reason this country is so fucced up is cuz people let the feds and gov run all over em....he could show up to court say he dont know nuttin and leave it at that.....

Cease is a snitch but Lil Kim forced him into that shit by taking the shit to trial, she knew what they had against her and persued that shit anyways. She knew she was fucked but decided to take it a step further, when you have charges like that against you they have to show the evidence against you before they take you to trial. She shoulda just faced the facts that she was screwed, JR Mafia has been long gone for years now she shoulda known they would give her ass up. Cease is fucked though, whatever rap career his washed up ass had is surly dead now.

What would really be funny is if 50 Cent dissed cease on record about this shit, now that would be the pot calling the kettle black! lol
