and these are the breaks..break it up break it up break it up RAHHHHHH.I have his solo projects..its been a minute since i listened to them though.They cool.I aint saying he or is music is wack....Im just saying some people are putting it on extra thick. like alot of people when asked about his music will state...I respect his hustle...thats all cool but when i put a c.d tape..8 track tape..vinyl on i cant hear that..usually music comes out the speakers..not someones resume.
Ive got a huge collection of rap music...thats exactly what it is collection..and most of it collects dust. I been collecting since the early 80s. I guess when i think of how I categorize an artists greatness its by ..when i make a mixtape or c.d for myself.... with over 1000 tapes and c.ds and only room for about twenty some songs on a c.d what songs will i put on to make a bumpin c.d...even if i narrow it down to dago c.ds wich i have and do...I put other songs on there besides his....again it aint personal...with his solo projects he came in at the right time at the height of the independent scene,and to me his music was right up there with alot of indy artists.today shit everyone raps,got a c.d out...and even more have a mixtape....people gonna have to step it up...I know I aint the only one tired of spending money on c.ds witch are being put together with lil or no effort.....i do beleive c.s does put effort in his c.ds though
