This guy is talkin all this and that about these companies losing money on the consoles, but he failizes that they make their money on liscensing and game royalties, not on the individual units themselves. If they charged what the hardware was actually worth, nobody would be able to afford the systems and therefore nobody would buy games.

not to mention microsoft and sony as total corporations are making money in other areas besides just video games. im sure a big corporation like the those two can aford some good financial analysts that have taken into account the possible money lost in the gaming area and planned strategies on how to deal with them.
