ok well I got caught up big time last night..... Got pulled over past curfew and now I gotta go to court for: "minor in possession of alcohol" and "passengers in vehicle with provisional license" I didn't get a DUI or anything because I wasn't drinking just had a bottle inside my backpack.... So now I can't drive until I go to court to see what they do and thats not until July.. its all bad,, but does anyone know what they'll do or how long they will suspend my Ls? lifes a ***** and then u die

tTat provisional liscense shit is gay. I busted for possession and consumption of alchohol and they just make you take a diversion program which is like 50 bucks. Being that you wern't drinking it I bet you are alot better off. Did they hit you with an open container? Was the bottle open homey?

i had my license suspended for a year a few years ago....it was weak as shit....just tell the court whenever your hearing comes up that you work or go to school...they will allow you to drive back and forth from those places ...the only thing is if you are going to school you will have to keep a school schedule in your car at all times to prove your headed that way.....

Damm i tho u were older!!!!!Tell em u don't want to pay the fine and u rather do Time it's way better....... and u don't pay for anything and by the time u get out u should get it again or wait till ur 18.......

how much is the fine gonna be like? and if I just pay it am I coo or they still suspend my shit?
