Lets Make sub forums in here for each city

we can post each cities artist and info in that city's forum. then just post general info in the main midwest forum... theres no reason why we can't just all manage this forum ourselves if siccness wont make no changes...
I think it would be easier for artist to let other artist know who they are and where they're from or to network with other artists in their city.

the main poster from each city can manage their city's forum...
