Why do people try to doctor 99% of the photos on the net? To see how many people it will spread to and how fast it will come back to them.
Fine lets go with the marks are from another accident, I could believe that arguement as in you are right maybe they were there beforehand, But, then, how in the hell are the cars parked perfectly up against the curb? The only way to do that would be to move the accident over....well if you move the accident over then it wouldn't look like it does in the photo. People do this type of stuff first as practice with thier photo programs and 2 to see if it can get circulated around the world via the net.
The photo does show some tell-tale signs of digital editing, so the real explanation is that someone took an existing picture and flipped the image of the book in President Bush's hands. Note, for example, that the picture on the back of the book in the student's hands and the one on the back of the book President Bush is holding are the reverse of each other, a dead giveaway that the photo was manipulated:
These are just a few examples......why would any of these need to be done....just for the fun of it!

I seen a dude almost do that... I was doin like 80 on the freeway and this dude flew by me in the slow lane like I was goin 20... He went up a couple feet from the back of a big ass truckand swerved off the road at the last second... If he would have hit he would have been dead, it was a small car and the back of the truck would have gone through the windshield.
