first off this is Bay Area Rap Talk, but regardless I think the tone/emotion of the beat doesn't match the tone/emotion of his flow. beat sounds like it should have some laid back gangsta smooth spit shit on it, not the angry energetic em flow. like the beat, but the two just aint meshin for me.
