Ok, it been about ten years since Above The Law came out with this masterpiece. I just wanted to take a few minutes to mention how fuckin' tight this album still is to this day. I took the CD off my collection shelf yesterday and bumped it during my long ass commute. It brought back a grip of memories and the beats are still top shelf! This album goes down in my top 10 of all time for any music and I listen to every kind of music there is! I never skipped through one cut on the CD just like 10 years ago. Major love to A.T.L. for this classic!!! It sure did live up to it's name "LEGENDS"!!!

Above The Law fans let's hear the feedback!!!

My favorite ATL album, that means it's my favorite album of all albums, lol. The first time i heard it i was disappointed, to much singing in the hooks and so on but it grew on me and that's what makes a classic album.

There aint a weak track on that album, I borrowed it from the homegirl, and it became my theme music for the summer. I made that CD cool amongst my folks, and now everybody has that shit.

I really like the introspective almost gloomy sound, I mean theres a lot of bangers on there, like X.O with me, and pimp clinic but I was really feelin Promise me , especially, and SUmmer days.

ATL has some serious beats on that album, fuck, and I was hella anticipating some shit from HAHA LOC too but I heard his album's boo boo.

How many features were on there? cuz I only remember YUK and then some other Pamona cats. and WHy wasn't kokane and that joint?

Legends just might be the most slept on west coast album EVER! It's "like the grill on a '64 Chevy, it's CLASSIC"! That album never strays too far away from my rotation. There are very few albums that I can play all the way thru and that is fa sho one of them. I remember being blown away when it first came out. I didn't think they could top or even come close to Uncle Sam's Curse. They had already solidified their place as one of the better groups on the west but Legends made me know FOR A FACT that they were the most overlooked and underappreciated group in the game.

I had seen a thread comparing ATL to Foesum a while back and was like WTF?! I mean ATL put out Legends & Uncle Sams Curse. Two undeniable classics! Not to mention Livin Like Hustlers & Black Mafia Life which are also classics IMO. And while I like Foesum they never put anything out that can fuck with Legends or USC.
