Theres no way it will be a felony, so I wouldn't worry about that.
Without knowing the nature of the crime, I have no idea how much time you will get. I wouldn't imagine it would be more the 30-days, but again, I don't know why you had to pay that kind of money in the first place.
If you do get some time, best thing to do is to ask for work release.

I'm up the same creek. I just got hit with driving with a suspended license, and driving without registration and insurance. I was put on 5 years probation (2 years ago), violated that. I had fake tags on my car which the cop figured out, but he said he was gonna let me go on that felony. I think I'm looking at around 10-20 days in jail. I'm going to ask for work release because it would put me in the gutters if I had to serve that time -- I mean I would have to quit my job of almost 4 years.

I got 5 years informal probation. My P.O. really doesn't give a fuck. I went in to see him for the first time (in Stockton) and he told me something like, "look, I have 3,400 other problems, so stay out of trouble, and keep your mind right, and you'll never see me again.". I have since then had my P.O. switched 3 different times, seen them each once, and no test. Normally I wouldn't be trippin, but sometimes I feel like they just want to find something to pin on me. I mean, I got pulled over by a Highway Patrol... So, at 65mph, in the pitch black dark (11:30pm), on the freeway, he sees that my tags are expired....
ÿou'll get 30 days, and it's up to the judge whether you'll get a felony/misdemeanor. I skipped my restitution payments for a hit and run and i got thrown in the pinta for 25 days and i got a misdemeanor, but that was because i ended up payin half before i was sentenced, And the judge let me slide on it cause that would have been my third strike, and you after that its 25-TO LIFE! i dont know what the judge will decide in your case. but if 2-0 says you cant get one then i wouldnt worry bout it
