I have a ? I am asking this out of curiosity, due to the fact that I went down south with my cousin's boyfriend. He said that he was from LA, to my suprise though we never made it to LA, we stopped at San Fernando. He insisted that it was LA, atleast to me a person not from LA, I thought that it wouldn't be considered LA. I wanted to visit some second cousins in an area of LA that the police call Holembeck, I am not sure what it really is called. I told my cousins boyfriend that Id roll out there solo cause shit might pop off. I told him cause there are hella cholos over there and I have tatts on my arms and neck so everyone will know that I bang. Ive been there before along time ago and visited my tia down there, believe me they knew I was a norteno and problems errupted. I asked how long was it to get there and he said 30-40 minutes I was like is that due to traffic or is it really that far?
But back to the point. This motha fucka tried telling me that San Fernando and the Pacoima area were the most gang infested area of LA. I aint from there but to me I thought I was in the valley area and from what I saw there were cholos but not like the area of East LA I was talking about. shit I remember even my homeboy was in the Marines and he brought a few ppl from down south to Fresno. I remember one of them telling the other that they werent from LA, that they were from the valley and he was from Pacoima. My cousins boyfriend went on to tell me that the San Fernando area was just as hard gang wise as East LA. correct me if I am wrong for feeling that he was blowing smoke. I mean is San Fernando really considered LA to ppl in the LA downtown area. Like I said I am ignorant to this, so I want ppl that know whats up to enlighten me. I would take my chances in the SF area a million times over my chances in ELA. Can I have some feedback please? He was confused on the gang subject N E ways.
