Anyone know any knowledge on tattooing your body? I am wanting to get a tat and put "I’m going to kill the president" on my forehead..... Dont ask, Just have extra money to throw around...... But I didn't know if its against any laws.

Only laws I know regarding tattoos apply to individuals in civil service or in private corporations where tattoos in a certain place or of a certain crudeness (ie I want to kill the President) may violate code of conduct or appearance policies delegated to the sole discretion of the employer.
