I don't really care about cycling, but I read the article and the title is misleading, according to the article the USADA who is the one running this witch hunt of Lance doesn't have the authority to strip the 7 titles away and the Internation Cycling Union which actually would have the authority to strip the titles have Lance's back and always have. Dude isn't losing his titles.
