Time flies, $ky has been locked down for a Year already as of April 12th, he's still fighting his case.
He's trying his hardest to continue working from behind the walls, trying to network and reach out to people, and hopefully soon will have some big announcements

"IF YA LOOKING FOR ME I AIN'T HARD TO FIND"
Since April 12th 2008 I been locked up fighting a bogus case with very serious false charges. I was locked up 3 days before the release of my last album "Tycoon Status". I was not able to promote it or market it the way I would have liked to. It still managed to sell 5,000 plus SoundScan CD's. Which is better than some local artists who have had the whole 2008 to promote - and barely sold as much. I wanna thank everyone who played a roll in keeping my music lit and my name ringing. I got word that the streets labled my last album a classic.
I want to apologize to the whole Bay Area for leaving before I could put us back in the national spotlight. I know the game needs me right now, more than ever. I've been perfecting my craft this whole time I've been down & I feel like I'm the best. But once I'm free I'll let my music speak for me and I'll let yall be the judge of that. But if yall are feeling what Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, T.I., Rick Ross and 50 Cent are serving, then yall are going to love this new batch of crack I been cooking up. I can do what they're doing only better effortlessly.
