Ok I made this up, but why not???? A la Jordan/Pippen.

Kobe plays the Jordan role at SG, and Lebron goes Pippen and plays a SF/PG role.

Cleveland gives up Hughes (12mil) Gooden (6.5mil), and maybe Damon Jones (4.5mil).

Cleveland would be nasty.

I don't know. The Lakers are gonna need to take less than they want. Plus they were ready to take Ron the problem child Artest and an aging Ben Wallace.

I mean even if Cleveland had to through in another player more enticing than Jones, it would still be a good deal.

LMAO @ "a good deal". Someone make this guy their GM.

The Lakers wanted to trade him, but they don't have to trade him. He's locked in for two more years if that's how the Lakers wanna do it.

I don't see them trading him unless the deal in return is fair. Yeah, there was a deal discussed for Artest and Wallace (which is a bullshit swap meet bargain ass deal), but that shit fell through - and it wasn't on the Bulls side, you should know that.

no the lakers would never want those three players for kobe, and lebron should play the jordan role, but kobes got to big of a head for that
Kobe...in a supporting role?

He wouldnt be Kobe if he did that. Too great of an athlete/scorer/defender/leader to play the Pippen role to a younger Lebron.
