Here is a look at highlights from the month for Bryant:


January 7 vs. Seattle -- Had 45 points, three rebounds and three assists in a 119-98 win over the Sonics.
January 12 vs. Miami -- Recorded 36 points, four assists, four steals and three rebounds in a 106-81 win over the visiting Heat.
January 20 vs. Clippers -- Tallied 26 points, 11 assists, eight rebounds and three steals in a 96-92 win over the Clippers.
January 29 at Phoenix -- Had 40 points, five rebounds and four assists in a 99-90 win over the Suns.
January 31 at Sacramento -- Recorded 38 points, five rebounds and five assists in a 124-113 win at ARCO Arena over the Kings.

Not only did he win player of the month, but he won player of the week again for the second time in 3 weeks. CZAR wheres that talk about him not being able to win player of the week by himself, now hes done it again, AND got player of the month. Eat your words suckah, and give the man his props.

Oh no? Then why did he just win player of the week twice this month, won player of the month, is up for MVP and defensive player of the year, lead his team back to .500 as well as four straight wins over good teams.

Shit, ill show you the posts of me trying to explain it to you guys if you want, their not that hard to find. Here ill explain it one more time it terms where a 6th grader could understand.

Take a person like you, me, or any other random person on this board, who more then likely stands at around 5'9-6'1 tall. Tell me what is going to be easier to acomplish for that person in an official NBA game against, lets say, the Lakers.

a.) Driving past Kobe (and whoever else happens to be in the lane), and making a layup over SHAQ.

b.) Shooting a wide open three from outside.

(b) is easier, thats all I was saying, but you guys took it, twisted it and went off with it. Weather or not you still agree 3's are harder isnt really the point, but i never said it was just EASY to make them, just that under certain circumstances, they can be easier.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON GOES,IF THE LAKERS GO ATLEAST 25-11 IN -THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON...BRYANT WILL TAKE HOME THE TROPHY...BUT REGARDLESS ,HE IS THE BEST PLAYER IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW..
