2 all fans of Potluck,
We are back in the studio working on a new CD! We've already completed a couple of songs and we plan to make new songs with our friends: Tech N9ne, Kottonmouth Kings, Twiztid, Blaze, Big Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, Big B, and Dirtball. We're tentatively calling the album "Blunt Raps." Those of you who have been following us for a while know that we write personal songs. Write about the fabulous plant marijuana and our first-hand experiences living in, the capitol of chronic, Humboldt County. We also write about love, life, Hip-Hop and everything in between. We have been through so many different life experiences since our last CD came out, and there's a lot to talk about.

We are also still working on the Kannibus Kartel CD which is a super group made up of Potluck, Kottonmouth Kings, and Cypress Hill. Everybody involved has busy schedules, so it's been hard to complete, but we're doing our part to see it through. We've already recorded some great songs. The day it's released we know that all true weed smokers will have a new favorite CD.

As soon as our work in the studio is done, we're heading out to do shows. We get messages and comments everyday asking us when we are going to come to Seattle, or Boston, or Los Angeles. The best way to make sure we come to your city on our tour is to go to our MySpace page and hit the "Demand It" button and enter your city's info.

You can also stay up to date with all of the current Potluck news by entering your email address and text message number on our MySpace page.

Thank you to all of our fans who have supported us. We are the voice of the people and will continue to do all we can to rep the underground. Potluck, Humboldt County, Sub Noize, Represent!!!!

L8R,

Potluck a.k.a 1 Ton and UnderRated
I'm VERY MUCH looking forward to the Tech/Kaliko/Twiztid/Kutty Cal Tracks, not to mention that I love Potluck by themselves.

Nah man, it's just like KMK with me, too. I can listen to Cypress Hill all day long because there's other content in their music. Listening to Potluck and KMK almost has to be mood-set.

Potluck is one of the freshest groups I've heard lately. I was getting sick of most of the shit I was listening to, and then they opened up for Tech and I bought their CD. Songs like "Money Makes the World Go Round" and "One Day" and "Love Me" and "Funeral" are all tight as fuck and don't have much to do with weed. The fact Underrated produces most of the shit that they're on is overlooked. Straight Outta Humboldt was VERY well produced.

LMAO at people saying that neither of them are lyricists. Its not like Tech N9ne has been producing the most thought provoking lyrics himself lately. I think the thizz really got to him.

I'm real excited for this CD. Thanks for the heads up.

I have their second CD, and I really like it. I don't smoke weed, so the CD does get repetitive. I wish for this next album, that they would limit those songs and branch out. The beats are great, and some of the weed songs are cool, but if this album has a ton of those songs again, I can't say that I would buy the album. :ermm:
