ive been into his shit for a few years now. a lil while ago i was lookin for him on youtube and ran across "52 blocks". check out "whos who in 52" on youtube and check out these guys' fuckin workout routines. nothing short of amazing. these guys train harder than anyone ive ever seen and they arent about lifting weights or none of that shit, they do real life workouts. plus theyre fighting system is the fuckin shit. ive never seen pull ups done like that before. those guys are fuckin animals.
