I heard the whole album and really tried to listen and see what the whole hype was about. The only song I thought was alright was the "Feel" song and my homies dig the "DNA" one. Other than that, the whole album was alriiiight. I don't see why people post that this album made them cry and all this other bullshit. It wasn't nothing crazy. I tried not to skip songs to see what it was about but I kept skipping away.

Anyways, I liked about half the album which is more thane than I can say for his three prior projects. DNA is dope as fuck.

Overall I agree with you man and I'm the same way but it's possible to have a discussion about an artist, even negatively, without it being trolling. Most people on here seem to take offense to someone not liking the same music they do. I always get the sense they have to defend their opinion because if not they are somehow going to like the music less because others don't feel the same way they do about it. That's how it comes off to me at least.
That said most folks in general, even off this message board, don't like to actually discuss music in any form it's more just stating their opinion and why others are wrong if they disagree for the most part.

Im gonna give a listen tonight. Kendrick was all hyped up on his first album and when i finally listened to it I only liked 2 tracks. That doesn't mean it wasnt good, I just rather listen to someone else.
