It's out now.

The post I linked above has a iTunes link for the album. I assume it's in stores too. The one sheet says November 4, 2008 was the release.

For some reason iTunes has a 2007 date.

Came out November 4th video was shot about a month ago by Rock Jacobs should be on MTV soon.
