Jason Whitlock is a trip, and a waste of talent. He pisses off everyone everywhere he goes, and is horrible at covering sports in KC. The majority of the time he writes about the Chiefs, and when he does "branch out," he makes himself look foolish. The other Sports columnist for the KC Star, Joe Posnanski, writes about all sports and is much more balanced.


IMO, he's the Jose Guillen of Journalism. Just call him "Fatlock."

I've never heard Joe Posnanski guest host for Jim Rome and I've never seen him on the sports reporters on ESPN. Love him or hate him, Whitlock is talented and knows what he's talking about 95% of the time.

Real talk...Whitlock has lots of respect out there for his opinions. During the whole hip hop talk conversation a while back Whitlock was featured on alot of shows and voiced his opinion lots of times. I remeber he got into an argument w/ someone on CNN lol...then right after him they talked to Russel Simmons. He has the right to his opinions and it seems like for the moment he is realy wanting to support Tech.
