What's up my Raider folks? What y'all think?

I think Fargas had a good year and should have been re-signed but to tell you the truth, I liked the way Rhodes runs the ball a little better. He's not as fast as Fargas as straight ahead speed goes, but Rhodes runs just as hard and is a little shiftier. He has the ability to make people miss something that Fargas doesn't do. So what do y'all think? Rhodes or Fargas?

Yeah I hear you S1 but check out how Rhodes did in his last 3 "starts":

21 carries for 113 vs Chicago (arguably the MVP of the SuperBowl)
27 carries for 115 at Jacksonville (and we know how tough their defense is)
29 carries for 122 vs San Diego

This dude can run the ball. If I had a choice I think I'd go with Rhodes as our starter. But with this signing, Rhodes is probably done in Oakland.

good deal.. he earned it! proved a lot of tha doubters wrong.. and he def. has heart! can we see maybe a McFaden/Fargas duo or even a Bush/Fargas duo

they don't need to go after mcfadden. bush is still on the roster and foos are eager to see what he can do. I think fargas deserved this and will be a good combo back with someone else (bush or rhodes....or somebody else?)

^ if McFaden is there I dont see why pass him up...we got our QB in Russell.. Fargas and McFaden will make a dynamic duo IMO.. but its all on what tha coaches think of Bush during practices and what not.... I doubt we keep Rhodes they paid him tha money last year and barly gave him any PT wtf

^^^ Please stop with the Mcfadden talk. Personally I dont believe he will be a good football player in the NFL unless he goes to a team with a great line. Besides thats the last thing the raiders need.


The raiders need a DT, and a WR badly before even thinking about drafting a running back with thier first pick.

Raider fans really need to stop this MCfadden nonsense talk.

^ i feel you on that. i think he will be good, i don't know about great, he's still a solid pick if he is still there at 4, but we don't need a RB anyways, we need to sew up the d line for sure 1st priority...o line still needs work, mcfadden will do no good without a line. and a playmaker at WR could help out alot, i was hoping curry would step up but we haven't seen that yet. anyways i don't think Al is ready to pay another top 5 pick, i'm thinking there will be a draft day trade down. we'll see

I'd only say go after McFadden if we can trade him or that draft pick for more picks or proven players, but I doubt he'll be around when we pick.

McFaden will be solid just watch..... Him and Adrian Peterson will be two top RBs in this league.. just watch..


and yeah Fargas has the heart of a true raider.. riding that bench for so long then finally getting a chance to showcase his talent.. he coulda easily not re-signed but he's willing to stay here even with tha down times
