Why won't there be anybody better than Jordan? Kobe at 24 is better than Jordan at 24, and Lebron James will be better than Kobe at the same age. The scouts say he is the best high school player ever and some of these guys have had the job of evaluating high school talent since the days of Lou Alcindor. You gotta believe these guys they have seen all the greats when they were in high school. Lebron James barring injury will be the g.o.a.t. until the next youngster comes along that is that much better. With all the training and coaching these guys get at such a young age there will always be better and better players. Look at other sports right now. A-Rod best all around player ever, Vick could be the best ever and All the experts say Lebron James is that good. It's all based on potential and the potential is there for this kid, 6'7" 230 44" vertical quicks ball handling skills he's got it all.
I agree with you on that 100%.....Kobe will gain my respect when I can see he can do it on his own....he is one hell of a player but before I put him on that level with the great ones he will have to prove himself on his own.....its not as hard when you have the whole defense sagging down on a big man in the paint and triple teaming him and double teaming him........Pippen got occasional double teams at Chicago but it wasnt all that serious, he was mainly an open court threat, in the half court game no one was being double or triple teamed but Jordan

I don't even like Kobe or the Lakers, I'm a heat fan. But I know Talent when I see it. Just becuase you all grew up watching a great player it doesn't mean other people can't be better. Kids are starting playing organized sports younger and younger and for more hours with better coaching. Players are bigger, stronger faster. Just look at baseball, When A-Rod retires he'll have shattered Hank Aaron's record, hitting for a great average, great fielder at a skill position. It's all about talent, and LeBron has the more talent coming out of high school than any other person.
