PALM BAY, Fla. -- A 20-year-old woman accused of attacking the father of her baby while he was on the job at McDonald's has been banned by a judge from the fast-food outlet.
Sabrina Lynn Sprague, of Palm Bay, was charged with battery and also ordered not to have any further contact with the man. She has a hearing on the charges Jan. 26, Local 6 News partner Florida Today reported.
Palm Bay police said Sprague went to the McDonald's at 4705 Babcock St. on Friday and confronted the man about the child.
A police report indicates that the man repeatedly asked Sprague to leave. The woman then yelled obscenities and struck the man in the face, the report said.
Police arrived and took Sprague into custody.
She was later taken to the Brevard County Jail Complex in Sharpes.
