Jones Jr. will knock this guy out for sure. Jones Jr. has lost only 1 fight due to DISQUALIFICATION (because he knocked the guy out with a LATE punch, after the bell), and he got his rematch and knocked the guy out again. IMO, Jones is the best fighter out there, he beat James Toney in 94', with a Unanimous decision, I think he won all 12 rounds from the judges, not sure though. So can he take Mike Tyson? I think he could, he beat the shit out of John Ruiz, the heavyweight world champ. Jones Jr. is cocky as fuck, but I think he could take Mike. Anybody have an account at bets.com? I want to know how it works so I can start makin some $$$!

Jones is now 49-1, 38 KO's.

Personally, I thought Tarver won. Why? Look at Jones' face, and Jones' didn't come out as he said he would even though he did say that he was feeling a 7/10 because of the weight he lost for the fight, damn did he looked tired. I know you can't win with just 30 sec. of each round, but I've never seen Jones' get hit like that, especially with those hard straight left's by Tarver. I didn't see Tarver get his head snapped back once, but I seen almost each and everytime when Jones' was on the corner on the ropes gettin hit by those str8 lefts.

GOD DAMN THAT WAS CLOSE!!! Shit I knew Roy waz gonna win, but he had me worried there for a while. You know from tha get go he didn't look a 100%, and it showed through out tha fight. Tarver put up a good fight but I know that mutha fucka didn't win. He might have if he would have put some pressure on Jones. I wanna see that fight one more time with Jones at a 100%. If Jones does retire I'd hate to remember his last fight like this. I still believe Roy Jones JR. is tha best fighter pound 4 pound, but god damn mutha fucka he needs to fight this tarver mutha fucka one more time and knock his ass out. LATE

IF ROY JONES FIGHTS TARVER AGAIN HE'LL DESTROY HIM PLAIN AND SIMPLE, ONLY REASON TARVER GOT ANYTHING OFF AGAINST HIM IS CUZ HE KEPT GETTING TIRED AND BACKING HIMSELF INTO A CORNER, TARVER COULD NOT COMPETE WITH JONES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING IN ANY WAY.

I had this fight a draw. If anyone won, it was Tarver and not Roy.
Ask the fans, they know best....

Funny thing is that everyone and their grandma thought RJ was gonna destroy Tarver.
I told ya'll Tarver was gonna surprise everyone.
A 7 to 1 underdog? Bullshit. That's why I dropped money on him.
He came so close....
Roy didn't do shit, and Tarver could've done a lot more if he had listenned to Buddy's instructions.
He gave Roy's speed way too much respect.
All he had to do was step up and push Roy back, it's that simple.
I'm sure Tarver will learn from this and come back again.
He has RJ's number, ain't no way in hell Jones can beat him.

Everyone's talking about Jones VS Tyson but trust me, that ain't happennin. Roy's gonna be forced to fight Tarver again. He'll hear it from the fans and Tarver himself. Roy's ego is too big and he ain't gonna go out like that....

Yeah he really whooped Roy's ass didn't he?
Everyone talks about Tarver fighting in spurts but look at the puch stat numbers.
Even though he won like 30 seconds in some rounds, he landed more punches than Roy did.
He would land like 20 punches in those flurries, clearly beating the 10 or 15 punches Roy would land the entire round.

You know what else is funny?
Everyone's using Roy's drop back to Light Heavyweight as an excuse for his lack of stamina.
Bullshit!
It's true that fighters who drop in weight are affected by it.
Why? Because of the extra work they have to do to burn the fat off. But Roy didn't have to do shit, his extra weight was due to muscle and not fat. There for he didn't have to work extra hard to lose the weight. On the contrary, it was less work. All he had to do was not lift weights anymore....

He got tired in the Ruiz fight, he's done for if he is to fight Tyson next. As weak as Tyson is now, he still has enough to knock Roy out....

i thought RJJ won a close but clear fight in his favor, i had him winning 116-112, based on that he controlled the fight. only time AT would hit him is when he wuld voluntarily go into the corner to get hit. neither man was ever hurt, although RJJ got very tired late in the fight.

AT plain and simply didnt do anything to win the fight.
