Tampa Bay did. The past years the Raiders have been knocking at the door, but just couldn't get in! They made it to a couple Championship games and lost. The Bucs never got past the 1st round with Tony Dungee I think his name is. I don't know, but both teams really benefited from the move.

a coach who was gonna leave after this year anyways, for 2 1st rounders and 2 second rounders and 8 million....hmmmm...yea tampa made it to the bowl with him, but the raiders are there too so i'd say the raiders got a steal...

THIS COMING FROM A RAIDERS FAN. RAIDERS DID GET THE BETTER DEAL BECAUSE, NOT ONLY DID WE GET 4 DRAFT PICKS WE GOT 8 MILLION BIG DOLLARS AND IF EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT THEY WILL ALSO GIVE UP A SUPERBOWL TITLE. NOW AIN'T THAT SOME SHIT

IT LIKE SAYIN TAKE MY HOE AND GIVE ME 8 MILLION AND 4 OF YOUR BRODS.

NOW WE GOT THE BETTER DEAL

I KNOW YOU HATERS CANT STAND THE RAIDERS BUT IT OK EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT

The way I see it this whole thing was over a coach who was thought could bring a team to the superbowl. The Raiders gave up that coach, but they got to the superbowl anyway. The Raiders are looking at a superbowl reguardless Gruden's presence, and they got all these picks and $8mil. From this standpoint Oakland GAINED the most.

Tampa Bay got Gruden, but gave up a shitload to get him. In return they got to the superbowl. From this stand point, Tampa BENEFITED the most.

Its so close it has to come down to the superbowl. I think its safe to say the winner of the superbowl got the better end of the deal.

well overall raiders got the better deal, gruden didnt care enough last year to get them to the super bowl and got traded for 2 1st rounders, 2 2nd rounds and 8 mil which is a good ass deal for the raiders to expand their roster

as for tampa, they got gruden and dropped dungy if they didnt make the trade, they wouldnt have made it anywhere in post season like the colts did

You cant say the BUCS benefited the most just cause they improved their post season record and got to the superbowl. Their both in the Bowl, yet Oaklan has all those picks and money, while Tamp lost a gang of shit. It all boils down to the winner of this game, seeing as how that is the ultimate goal of any NFL team.
