update....Joe Riz most likely is from Detroit,Michigan..while Murda One is the one from chicago...The reason i think Joe Riz is from Detroit is because he was featured on Brothers N Business ep on the song called "WorldWide Crime Committers" which came out in 1996, way before he started working with Too Short...im not sure about him having a album out..let me know if you wanna hear the song...its some classic shit...

yeah you are right joe riggs is from detroit. i just checked the insert of cell block comp- 1996 and says shout to joe riggs from detroit and murderer from chicago

by the way i spelled joe riz wrong CORRECT SPELLING JOE RIGGS
