Joe Blow a generic term for "The Average Guy." The "Man On The Street," so to speak. Well The Oakland rapper would probably tell you he is not the average guy but may be the man on the street. You first heard him on "The Shooterz" mixtape from The Jacka. He would later debut a well put together collection of music from his catalog and release the project under the title "You Should Be Paying Me". Since the release of his first effort, Joe Blow has been all gas and no breaks building his brand.
