Having the two fued wouldn't be the best move if they hold plans to team them up. If they want to fued the two, yet still team them, the best choice would be to team them up from the get-go. Then, later down the road, start some desention, or just have one turn on the other.
But... they need Teams on Smackdown (which is definitely where Jeff & Matt will go/stay, since Matt has a history with Edge who is on Raw, and Trips dislikes Jeff... so) because the only teams around ATM are London/Kendrick, The Pitbulls (though their off TV for a while do to suspensions, and may not return as a team) and other then that, not really anything else now that they split the alliance between Regal & Finlay. There is of coarse the team of Funaki & Scotty, but who are we kidding?

I don't agree with this. The reason being is how will jeff come back? He'll come back and all of a sudden they will be the Hardy Boys? Right now Matt Hardy is a JOBBER, and a war between him and jefs would boost him up, and it would put jeff in the spotlight as well. We've already seen what the hardys can do together, but very few people have seen them against each other (and the only time I remember them fighting is when matt flashed on him and beat him up.) If you join them up now and break them apart later whats the point? When are you going to break them apart? 5 years later after the tag division is finally back on its feet? No, gradually bring them together by making them fight, that way you get to kill two birds with one stone.
While I agree with you on the part about breaking them up down the road when the division is back on it's feet, but there's just too many fans out there that have been begging for a Hardy Boyz reunion for them to bring Jeff in to face off with Matt.
It's possible, but unlikely. I can see it playing out now... either they run another program similar to that of when Matt kept having "Mystery Partners" with one finally being Jeff (or maybe he is the only Partner, just a little more 2-on-1 build up before) or just a plain old run in for the save.

they need to rebuild matt hardys rep before trying to bring back the hardy boys. Honestly I thing both of them are really talanted, they just made bad career moves. I guess the storyline with him and edge and lita was somewhat based on real life? Thats what royally fucked him over the most huh? Also didn't he try to sign to TNA then balk out to WWE in the last minute only to be a jobber? Damn that sucks
Maybe winning the tag team strap with his brother a couple more times and a good fued with him afterwards will bring Matt Hardy back up to mid carder status. Hed probably have to stay on smackdown though, if the edge lita angle is real then hes probably hella still butthurt about it.

The Matt-Edge beef was legit. That's what got Matt fired in the first place because when he found out, he showed up at the arena and Edge's tires ended up slashed.
He then went on and started talks with TNA and was all but ready to sign before WWE contacted him about coming back... and he chose WWE which was a bad mistake in the long run since they just wanted him back to capitolize on the story, nothing more.

Matt should've been moved to ECW before the Big Show... I know he's not a name like Show, but he still fits a lot better, and could've gotten a good push in ECW..

Jeff (or the Hardy Boyz period) would kinda fit that ECW feel... but IU doubt it'll happen. I think I remember reading somewhere that Jeff & Heyman don't get along to well. Then again, if Jeff goes to Smackdown, he'd be travelling near Heyman anyway since they're doing the ECW shows before Smackdown...................... thus, I guess it's possible.
Specially since Heyman doesn't seem to have much pull in the new ECW anyway.
