legacy by no means is wack...but compared to all their other albums, its by far the weakest. was a letdown after violent by design and visions of gandhi

I just picked it up today on my way to school. Damn this CD is fucking dope. Stoupe layed down some really nice production and Vinnie is back to his old savage self. I got to say though...R.A.'s verse on "Uncommon Valor: A Vietnam Story" is seriously one of the sickest verses I have heard in a minute.

After one listen through and then going back to my favorite songs I give it easily a 8/10 after only limited listening. Great fucking album.

Ive never bought a JMT album, but ive heard some of thier shit. Some songs that stand out to me are Rise of the Machines and Animal Rap. Ive had Visions of Ghandi in my hands a few times but never picked it up. Would this new one be a good place to start? Jake and Nuttkase, keep your smart comments to yourself please...

It's already out Cartoon. They have it at Silver Platters by Northgate Mall but it's like $17.99 for some fucking reason. I swooped it up at Easy Street Records in Queen Anne for $12.99. There is a Easy Street on California Ave in West Seattle incase you didn't know (4559 California Ave. SW)

Well worth the $12.99 I spent.

The new one would be a good JMT album to start with for sure. Actually you really can't go wrong with any of them. Legacy... is the weakest but still cool and like Jake said Psycho Social... is dated but they both still shit on 90% of the rap out there these days. So I'd get either the new one or Violent By Design. If you decide you like JMT (which I'm almost certain you will) make sure to pick up other albums from their inner circle by artists like Army of the Pharaohs, Jus Allah, Chief Kamachi, Reef the Lost Cauze, Outerspace,etc...all put out dope fucking albums.

There you go...without any smart comments...you fucking canadian bastard!:classic:
