I think Jayo is a pretty good rapper (keyword: PRETTY good) but damnnn the fool's overrating himself so much in that interview. Talkin about how he IS the west. Yeah... right. But I guess thats the mentality you have to have to go big, huh? Nothin against him, but he needs to come up with some different sounding responses when hes interviewed... lol

Good interview, but I agree with Psilo. This cat hasn't had a hit since "What You Gonna Do," his album after that was AVERAGE at best. He is talking like he is King of the Westcoast when MCs like Crooked I, Yukmouth, Quinn and other folks will EAT HIM ALIVE. To close my post on a positive note, one thing Jayo DOES HAVE is TALENT! He can definitely spit, and when hes over some nice beats he could sell $100K easily. So maybe now that he aint fuckin with DefJam is that he has more control and will make more bangers!
