i feel he is okay to a certain extent...but i do believe by 2pac and biggie dying they had a big effect on his career....if they were still alive i don't think jay-z would be as popular as he is. but hey he is a smart business man..

he's Got talent that's for damn sure...but I Got tired of his music. I'll never pass on listenin to Reasonable Doubt or Vol. 1 tho..those are classics. After that I started phasin him out. Blueprint 2 was a solid CD, but didn't like it as much as the other 2 i mentioned

One of the sickest flow in the rap game, the perfect mix between Bigl-L and biggie...
and also overrated as a lyricist,reasonnable doubt is a classic for sure,
not good as illmatic but classic..

lol, okay buddy..... i didnt know by stating imo dude is a great lyricist i was "jocking him".....either way, im just not a hater....alot of people feel that the only reason jay z blew up is cuz big and pac died, or have some other reasons how he got to where he is at today...i respect mainstream artists hustle, cuz while they have adapted and gettin much more money and exposure, other underground artists are starving....and all mainstream artists started out underground, maybe with the exception of a very rare few. im not gonna hate on them just cuz they made it big........but thanks for paying attention to my posts, its kinda flattering. :paranoid:
