so i am curious to all Jay Rock fans / Lil Wayne haters: Does it irritate you that Jay Rock who is assumed to be official, co-sign Lil Wayne with the blood shit? Does it irritate you so much you can't acknowledge that they both came vicious on that track? Does it make you not like Jay Rock?

We should pose this question in the general hiphop fourm.

Regardless of the haters, Wanye came super vicious, and Jay Rock was not that far behind. Shit, good to see Wayne helping the west out, doing more for it than some of westcoasts own artists/producers.

the problem isn't wayne, i think. it's the fact that if he can switch up and act gangsta gangsta and get co-signed for it, than anyone can which kills true hip hop artists. i've always leked jay rock and this song, but i have yet to see awestcoast artist get signed to a major label without doin it thru g-unit, cash money, etc. my bad, Omar Cruz is doing it big too. he's the first i've seen in a decade i believe. please prove me wrong.

I'm not a big wayne fan, but I said this before.. he gets props for working wid people. He's a mainstream multimillionaire and yet he takes the time to work with street/underground katz. I dont think it helps his street cred, but probably gets more respect in that aspect of giving money to people that might not have that opportunity.

Video is dope and they came correct on it. You're right now, he's been tryna get people some shine... and working with alot of artists.

besides aftermath there aren't any major labels on the west coast dummy...and there aren't many indie labels either (at least in so-cal)....if it wasn't for the south and the east throwing deals to west coast cats the scene would be completely dead right now...

anywayz....this vid is dope as hell..they really did a good job

but it benefits lil wayne to do shit with a west artist since he knows he needs that street cred for what he's tryin to rep. i'm mexican and give a fuck if ur blood or crip, but be authentic. then maybe your favorite artist would have a legit shot.
