its a racing site, but has these little cartoon strip.the main guy had like a hat on, an the other has a hood. they race muscle cars an shit. i only seen it once, so i know this detail is VERY vague. if you open a import racing mag you will most likely see the little guys standing next to some import drawn cars with bit ass rims
ones an old man, there are three litle guys, an a pig as a cop. anyone know?
