Anybody remember this track. I was going through my LP's today playing them. I ran across this and I forgot all about this. This is a tight track. I remember buying this back in 1996 because I thought the track was tight and I seen that Mr. Doc was on it. It was only released on 12". The CD was never released through Immorital/Epic, I remember seeing that the CD was later released in 1999 or 2000 (independent release). Who are The Jackers and do you have the CD? Is it any good?

The Jackers are actually the group DRS. The group that released the hit Gangsta Lean back in the day. I believe they're from Oak Park. Chris Jackson(one of the members) produced on Triple Beams 28 Grams album. I aint heard nothin from them in hella years.

yea like dude said..the jackers were formerly dirty rotten scoundrels...the album had some cheesyness to it but a few pretty sick tracks..like bang bang witch i believe featured mr doc....some track that sampled lynch 24 from 24deep....and a few others

this brings back some memories.... i meet Chris in sac at velvet tone studios and he does a mean Roger voice on the voice box. i had him do it on the Black Rhino "Paper Route" album. dude was out posting Jacker stickers that were yellow all over Sac. he does spit some real game about the business and how Hammer fucked him over and 1 member of DRS is in prison, and how all the money they made is gone. man i remember watching that video of theirs on MTV back in the day. i hope Chris is doing good he is a real good dude.

I seen the 18 pages long snitch paers Doc signed and then all the sudden here comes Doc free of all charges. Fuckin snitch. The dude was riding in the backseat when Doc pulled the trig, then Doc snitched on him after sitting in Sac county for a year or 2.
