I'm surprised no one on here posted this up yet.

His charges:
Criminal trespass
(felony, two counts)

Criminal conspiracy
(felony, one count)

Violation of Uniform Firearms Act
(felony, one count)

Violation of Uniform Firearms Act
(misdemeanor, one count)

Simple assault
(misdemeanor, two counts)

Terroristic threats
(misdemeanor, two counts)

Unlawful restraint
(misdemeanor, two counts)

False imprisonment
(misdemeanor, two counts)

Poss. of instrument of crime
(misdemeanor, one count)


What the fuck is wrong with this fool. He thinks since he's a NBA Star he can get away with this shit. Yeah his lawyer will drop some of the counts of his back, but not all. The shit like Conspiracy to commit a crime, aint no way that ones getting dropped.

If the two men testify in court or if one man comes to court, consider AI washed up, cuz the judge or the jury don't really givva fuck.

OK, has anyone seen the guy that was supposed to have been threatened by AI ? Is it me or is he a flamer ? plus this dude (the flamer) is 21 and has another 17 year old male at AI cuzzin's apartment. which AI pays for. All of that adds up to this guy losing credibility if he takes the witness stand, which equals Iverson being a free man, and MVP next season.
