It's time Raiders fans... next year we'll have a new coach, hopefully Mike Martz!!

Reason(s) for demotion or getting fired.

1. Breaking Hanson's jaw (caused a distraction we don't need)
2. Offensive play calling sucks (blame JR all you want, with all that speed on the field, we should be scoring more points. He's not utilizing what we have on offense. And the play calling is terrible.) Run, run, screen pass on 3rd and 12.
3. Defensively we're garbage and we're playing with no fire or desire to win. We play the same defenses over and over. We never, ever blitz. It's time fellaz, it's time!!

Thanks for filling in for Lane Kiffin but you're not the answer it's time for a new coach.

@Pollo Loc831, I know but who wants to coach under Al's conditions? At the time it was best because we played ok when he took over as interim coach. But now it's looking ugly and we're quitting under this dude. The Niners got spanked too but at least they still play hard. We don't play hard and Cable doesn't show any emotion on the sidelines. It's time, we'll have another coach next year. Hopefully a coach with proven credentials.

to bad no one wants to coach that dysfunctional ass team, but im with ya with we need a new coach we will give you wade phillips cause he is a fuckin bum and i dont want him on the team and still dont understand why jerry hasnt fired him

Do you really think Jamarcus is really gonna be able to run that offense? Hahhaha that's some comedy. Plus Martz is pass happy,say goodbye to the good running backs you got. But seriously, cable won't get fired in the middle of the season. And if he does, who's gonna replace him? Remember how much trouble it was to find a coach? No high profe coach is gonna go there.....let's try getting cable a qb that can run an offense, not just complete meaningless passes at the end of blow outs

no matter who coaches all still runs the show...
madden /flores/gruden didn't take shit from AL and they were winners. Everyone else will just do as their told. I say cable let his coordinators call the plays since he's about to get the can anyway. just say fuck it and do what he wants untill the NFL suspends his ass

Al needs to hire a proven coach and give full control. I think Al's too old to be calling shots so I don't think he is at this time. If I was head coach, I'd get the job and then call all my own shots. I say we bring back Gruden, Shanahan, or Martz!

I'd give JaMarcus an opportunity to learn his scheme but at the same time I would let Martz bring in a qb of his own and let them compete for the starting qb position. And we only have one good running back and that's Michael Bush. Martz maybe able to get McFadden more involved in the passing game.

Shanahan or gruden won't come back, and martz is not a good fit

I say we switch it up and get a defensive minded coach.. We haven't had a defensive head coach since madden

the problem is the line and the QB....

think about it...if the raiders had a SEMI good QB...they would do a lot more..

jmarc just looks like a fucking retard...
