man i used to leave these holidays,now they just get me real blue sometimes...

is this a common phenomenom?heard of a lot of ppl geting down and moody but shit is depressing...i mean i already got head drama and this tiome of year..from middle of october, to middle of january the blues is hovering over me like whoa ya digs...i hate this shit...everybody always giddy and shit going out christmas shopping and fuckin w the family deal...i just about hate this shit nowadays...this time of year i usually end up smoking a whole gang of bud which is how you know im blue...dont like to spend my day stoned but shit it seems i leave the house and i come back and im always blazed...stupid santa claus....jolly fat fuck.

who else with me?
who else is kind of done with the whole shtick fromhalloween to new years its like a spiral of the blues...even the nights seem lonely as fuck.

Many people have brain chemistry which causes cyclical depression.

There is a connection between sunlight and depression and mood.

That's why they have lights that people put in their houses that mimic sunlight. It is supposed to help with seasonal depression.

damn, maybe thats my problem, i moved from always sunny san carlos to always depressing top of the hill san bruno and I've been feeling hella depressed ever since despite my life getting more exciting.

^^^it might be it...i used to work graveyard shift and shit wore me out like crazy.,..i mean even w sunlight my heads topsy turvy but that shit had me on the balls of my sanity at times...

shit is why i love the beach now so much..peaceful state of mind w the sun and beautiful waves crashing...move back to san carlos dogg...i know what im telling you...for your own good and sanity...dont be like me bro...ive been headed down the land of the lost for years now...aint no cioming back either...move back i know what im talkingn about.
